As part of the course you’ll have access to a private community forum with fellow students. You can ask questions, share progress and connect with others going through the same course journey.
You can complete the course lessons from the comfort of your couch or kitchen table, as long as you have an internet connection! The entire program is completely digital so you can access it from anywhere through our private course portal. And you’ll never miss a beat: you can go at your own pace and do the lessons on your schedule.
It depends on you and your current situation. If you’re balancing the course with other commitments – the course is designed so that you can move through it at a steady but relaxed pace, moving through 2-3 short assignments per week. At this pace, you’ll have your personalized plan for your career within eight weeks, and will complete the course within 12 weeks.
There is no rush and no right or wrong amount of time, because you have six months access to the program – especially as you put your plans into action. Remember, this isn’t a “quick fix” by any means.
A career that is aligned with your life’s work, and that integrates all your parts.
Clarity and Confidence in your career pathway and vision.
A blueprint to guide your career trajectory – on your own terms – to guide your decisions and give you direction and next steps.
You have a choice to stay in a situation where something’s not quite right. To make choices for your career based on whatever happens to come along. To not know what to aim towards, and what’s the best use of your time.
You can keep reading the articles and books, having endless conversations that you hope will contain that one insight that tells you what you should do – or you can get the guidance and support of the Creative Career Blueprint which will give you the clarity on a career direction that integrates all parts of you – and impacts your life, and gives you the confidence to go get it.
The Creative Career Blueprint program was founded by a “a multi-passionate-for-life” and the process is designed specifically to make sense of and integrate all the parts of you into a career direction. And if some parts get ‘left out,’ the process helps you “bake in” the other parts through a side project, thought leadership focus, or initiative.
When you’re not clear on what you want, you get stuck on a busyness hamster wheel. Your time gets filled with OPP (other people’s priorities), and you feel busy and overwhelmed all the time. You tell yourself “after this deadline” or “after that milestone.” And that becomes a state of life. The Creative Career Blueprint will give you a career trajectory and roadmap that you build step through tiny step.
We creatively-minded strategic people think we should be able to figure it all out alone. But when you’re in the story, you can’t see it. The best coaches, designers and consultants work with other coaches, designers and consultants. It frees them up to make the best decisions because they don’t have to also create the entire process for themselves.
Sometimes we hesitate to invest in ourselves because deep down, we don’t think we’re worth it. But what are you missing out on if you don’t? The Creative Career Blueprint process has helped women land five-digit raises, jump in salary level or title, and escape toxic work situations.
Hiring someone to do all this would cost you $5,000+
And you’d have to hire a mindset coach, a career coach + a personal branding expert!
Hiring me as your 1-1 coach would cost you $4500+
And we’d only cover a fraction of what we cover here!
Going to a one-time conference would cost you $3,000+
but you’ll have to be ‘on ‘for three days, and you’ll learn a lot, but it won’t tell you specifically, what your pathway should be.
But I want you to have the full, complete system for getting the career clarity you need to be your best self – the confidence, and more creativity in your day-to-day, – AND the skills to back it all up in a salary negotiation.

This program is meant for women with over 5 years of work experience and beyond. With less than five years work history, you may not have enough experience to draw from to narrow down and craft your career trajectory. If you have 20+ years of experience and are experiencing a plateau, or have felt sidelined, this program will help you get back the career you want.
We recommend committing 2-4 hours per week to the course. The course is broken up into mini lessons that make it easy to move forward, step by small step. In addition, in the Getting Started section of the program, we share advice for making time for the course even if you have a busy schedule.
It takes time and focus to be in this program. – but it was designed with busy women like you in mind. We know you’re busy so we’ve broken up the course into achievable ‘mini modules’ that move you towards career clarity, creativity, confidence (and compensation!) step-by-tiny step. And you can take the course at your pace in the order that works for you. Got a performance review coming up? Take the Compensation module, which will help you prep efficiently to walk out with what you want. Or practice a confidence tool in 20 minutes a week and reap the rewards.
We know you’re busy! So we’ve the structured the program be delivered in mini lessons and exercises, that move you forward one step at a time. If you don’t take action, you won’t get the outcomes you want in life and work. Therefore, the course lessons are also highly action- and decision-oriented, rather than purely information driven. (I’m passionate about taking action!) They guide you to make decisions and take action, rather than just give you nice-to-have information that fills your brain.
Get the program for six monthly payments of $267. Or you can pay in full, $1497, and save $100.
You can pay in full with a one-time payment of $1497 or break your payment up into six payments of $267.
The results you achieve will be different based on what you are trying to change in your career. After doing this work, women have attracted all kinds of amazing things—like the woman whose work got published, the woman who networked her way into a higher-title job. Or the woman who got a multi-thousand dollar raise she didn’t even ask for. While I can’t promise that that will happen to every woman who takes this program, I can promise that if you do this work, you will attract and create more of the opportunities you want.
The Creative Career Blueprint packages the one-on-one career direction coaching process I take clients through – but covers way more – it includes a deeper training in creative profile building, and in getting compensated for your worth. I also have a one-on-one coaching program on Thought Leadership for women, which covers only one of the strategies in the Creative Career Blueprint’s creative profile building module.
Creatives tell ourselves we should be able to figure it all out alone–we’ve got that DIY spirit and think we can take it all on. But you’re so busy being the expert in your craft, that you’re not the expert of how to fastforward your career journey. You might have a narrative that investing in yourself and your growth is selfish or impractical, but you are your best investment – and prioritizing your career growth will often make you happier and wealthier.
“The script that I got started on during the program has been a quarter finalist in two screenwriting competitions. I’ve also been accepted as a new member at Bromfield Gallery in South Boston! The program gave me a structure for pursuing both parts of my artistic sides – and getting traction. So lots of movement despite the pandemic! “
-INGRID LUDT
“Although I probably shouldn’t be surprised, but I was happily amazed to find that I turned to many of the tools and habits I’d learned during my program to push me through these last several precarious months in the pandemic – and am happy to report that I’m co-teaching my first course at Penn on bridging student’s research/activist agendas with professional practice.”
-SARAI WILLIAMS
“I have so many interests that don’t seem to have anything in common. I also find that I say yes to too many things, and end up spreading myself too thin. I’ve learned to find ways to combine my interests in an impactful way where I no longer have to compartmentalize my different passions.”
-KATHERINE ANTARIKSO
“This program helped me to figure out what I do need to be doing and – what I DON’T need to be doing.”
-LAURA CLARK BARTLETT
“After leaving an organization I helped to build, I needed help with figuring out what direction to take my career. I was able not only to negotiate for and secure a position directing community engagement efforts with a prominent organization – but I was also able to identify numerous opportunities to share my story and expertise with a larger audience.“
-PREETI SODHI
“[The program] helped me plan and actively be more visible in my industry… I actually just sent a proposal out this week for some new work I pulled in!”
-ALEXA FRANCISCO
My company, Build Yourself, started as a workshop at Harvard Design School to help women build power and confidence.
But I soon saw a critical element missing – because the women I taught didn’t have a clear sense of what they ultimately wanted – they needed a clearer vision for what they wanted to achieve in their careers.
I started working with women one-on-one, applying my design thinking training from Harvard to the design of their careers.
I created the Creative Career Blueprint to teach women that career design process so you can get more confidence, clarity and creativity in your career.
I’m excited to see you find the path to the career you want – on your own terms.
